A terrible incident claimed the life of Mr. Alfred Amoah, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipality in the Western North Region.
A trailer truck with the registration number AS 4229-X was apparently driving from Kumasi to Accra when it reportedly broke an axle and lost control close to the Birim River.
Ghgossip.com learned that the MCE’s automobile was entirely destroyed when a trailer truck struck it as it was traveling from Accra to Kumasi.

In a split second, Mr. Alfred Amoah and his unnamed driver also passed away. At the time this report is being submitted, the remains are still inside the totaled vehicle.
At the collision site, however, there are police officers from both the Ghana Fire Service and the Ghana Police Service.
