On Monday, October 31, 2022, the couple arrived at Kotoka International Airport with their three-year-old daughter Kaavia James.
On arrival, the lovely family was greeted with a warm welcome and a performance by a traditional dance troupe. Social media users have widely shared videos of their arrival at the airport.

Wade and Gabrielle’s trip to Ghana is part of their annual world tour, dubbed the Wade Tour 2022. As he tagged along briefly, the former Miami Heat shooting guard was seen enjoying the dance performances. Akwasi Agyemang, Chief Executive of the Ghana Tourism Authority, greeted them by handing them sashes as a welcome gift.
