The upcoming Vivo T2 Pro 5G reportedly scored over 7,20,000 points on the AnTuTu benchmarking tool, according to Vivo.
The Vivo T2 Pro 5G is scheduled to make its debut in India on September 22. As the launch date approaches, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has shared several teasers on X (formerly known as Twitter), revealing both the design and specifications of the smartphone. Most recently, the company has officially disclosed details about the display and chipset of the Vivo T2 Pro 5G. The upcoming device is confirmed to feature an AMOLED 3D curved display with a high refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, it has been revealed that the Vivo T2 Pro 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC. The phone is set to be available for purchase through Flipkart.
Through a series of posts on X and a dedicated landing page on Flipkart, Vivo has unveiled the essential specifications of the Vivo T2 Pro 5G. It is teased to sport a spacious 6.78-inch AMOLED 3D curved display with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is noted for its peak brightness of 1,300 nits. In the teaser images, the phone showcases a hole punch display design with slim bezels on the sides. The device appears to feature a dual rear camera setup with optical image stabilization (OIS) support.
The Vivo T2 Pro 5G has been officially confirmed to be equipped with a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC. Vivo has stated that this upcoming handset has achieved a benchmark score of over 720,000 points on the AnTuTu platform, making it the fastest smartphone in the sub-Rs. 25,000 price range. Moreover, with a thickness of only 0.73mm, the device is touted as the slimmest phone in its price segment.
According to the confirmed specs, the upcoming Vivo T2 Pro 5G could be an iQoo Z7 Pro 5G that has been given a different name. The latter was introduced in India last month and has a price of Rs. 21,999 for the 128GB variant and Rs. 22,999 for the 256GB variant.
On September 22 at 12:00 IST, the Vivo T2 Pro 5G is expected to be released in India.
