A first-year student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has been gang-raped by 6 students.
A Level 400 Business Administration student named Patrick Ofosu is accused of luring the victim to his room at Ultimate Hostel, formerly Evandy Hostel, where he forcedly had sex with her.
According to sources, the victim’s boyfriend, Patrick Ofosu, had previously texted the girl, telling her how badly he wanted to have a threesome with her.

The girl denied it, and the boy assured him that nothing like that would happen, persuading her to pay him a visit at his hostel. Patrick Ofosu invited his six friends into the room after she and the so-called boyfriend had a brief sexual encounter. This led to the gang rape.
The six students were arrested and will appear in court to face the appropriate punishment.
